  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day

Daily Cut-Off Time

  • Cut-off: 5:00 PM (GMT)
  • Orders placed before the cut-off may start processing that same day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off will begin processing the following business day

Shipping Method & Transit Time

  • Method: Standard UK Shipping
  • Transit time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery

  • Processing: 1 to 2 business days
  • Transit: 5 to 7 business days
  • Total: roughly 6 to 9 business days

Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to whatever address you enter at checkout, so please make sure your details are complete and correct. British Sheds can't take responsibility for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Need to change or cancel your order? Reach out as soon as you can at support@britishsheds.co.uk. Once an order has already been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking info usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, contact us at support@britishsheds.co.uk and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
