Available payment methods are always shown clearly during checkout before you confirm your order.

When You're Charged

Your card or payment method is charged at the time you place your order, once payment has been successfully confirmed. We don't charge you before this point.

Currency

All prices on our site are listed and charged in British Pounds (GBP), unless stated otherwise at checkout. If you're paying with a card issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside of our control.

Payment Security

We don't store your full card details on our systems. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, who handle your information in line with industry security standards.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment doesn't go through, your order won't be processed. This can happen for a few reasons, including insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank declining the transaction. If this happens, please check your details and try again, or contact your card provider directly.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive one shortly after checkout, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us.

Pricing Errors

While we do our best to keep pricing accurate, occasional errors can happen. If we discover a pricing mistake on an order that hasn't shipped yet, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you'll have the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
